Pricing

Avia Environmental was founded to provide a choice in environmental services, and our commitment to our clients carries over into our pricing.  Our low overhead enables us to keep our prices very low.  We are a small local firm with our main office in Wenatchee, and a satellite in Seattle, and our pricing is highly competitive for both areas.  Our pledge to our clients is to provide efficient and affordable comprehensive services.

All services, including fieldwork, research, report production, meetings, and correspondence, is billed at $90-$120 per hour, depending on location and service.  For North Central Washington work, mileage is charged at the current government rate (approximately $0.50 per mile) from our Wenatchee office.  Mileage in the Puget Sound area is charged from West Seattle.  Note that we make every effort to schedule field visits and meetings so that travel expenses can be shared among clients.  Standard materials and services such as paper and printing are generally not charged to the client unless substantial amounts are needed.  Any such needs are determined before any charges are incurred.
